The Procter & Gamble Disaster Relief Fund is receiving contributions for relief in the aftermath of the Greater China earthquake. The purpose of this Relief Fund through The Greater Cincinnati Foundation is for P&G employees and retirees to help alleviate human suffering and the rebuilding efforts in China.

Contributions received from individual employees and retirees will be matched by P&G China up to $150,000. P&G’s business units may also make donations to this fund.

The Greater Cincinnati Foundation can accept donations from employees and retirees from around the world. (In the U.S., these donations are tax deductible; outside the U.S., please check with your local tax authority.) Contributions to this fund can be made until September 1, 2008 in the following ways:

• If you are with a P&G Business Unit that wishes to make a contribution to the Relief Fund, please contact Lisa MacDonald at The Greater Cincinnati Foundation (513-768-6141) for transfer instructions.

For individual donors:

• Make a grant suggestion from your GCF donor advised fund (using Advisor Xpress or your regular grant suggestion form) OR another donor advised fund.
